Before each call, Dr Jas Gill will message you via WhatsApp to prepare relevant materials. Ongoing support is also via WhatsApp messaging.
How long is the subscription? Can I trial it for 1–2 months first?
Normally, it’s a 6-month commitment to receive the discounted £299/session rate. If you prefer, you can start with ad-hoc sessions at £350 each.
Does the ad-hoc session include follow-up support?
No, the £350 ad-hoc session covers the 1-hour session only — not the ongoing WhatsApp support.
What is the average response time for support messages?
Dr Jas Gill aims to reply within 24 hours.
Can I choose a clinical topic for each session (e.g., malocclusion protocols)?
Absolutely. You can choose any topic — Dr Jas Gill has completed a Diploma in Aligners and can support a wide range of clinical content.
How do I sign up for the monthly subscription?
Sign-up is fully automated via Stripe, and payments are taken monthly.
What happens next once I decide?
Once you decide between Ad-Hoc or 6-Month Subscription, Dr Jas Gill will send you a secure payment link.
Are voice notes okay via WhatsApp?
Definitely — Dr Jas Gill understands how busy dentists are!. Voice notes are totally acceptable.
Case Mentoring
How is the case mentoring delivered?
The majority of the monitoring will be carried out via WhatsApp. Dr Jas Gill can review photos, videos, and scans. Dr Jas Gill is unable to log in to your Aligner software (for GDPR reasons) but can guide you on what to write, so you don't need to share any logins or patient details.
Do you guide using the 3D controls or just written advice? (Case Monitoring Support)
Written advice is the most common approach, however Dr Jas Gill will guide you through using the 3D controls if you prefer
Does the £150 cover help throughout the case, including refinements? (Case Monitoring Support)
Yes, the fee includes all help for that case, no matter how many questions or refinements are involved.
Can you mentor existing cases, not just new ones?
Yes, Dr Jas Gill can help with mid-treatment cases, though the same case fee applies.
Can you mentor more advanced cases like teenagers, elastics, Angel buttons, or mandibular advancement?
Yes, Dr Gill has managed very advanced cases. He will explain multiple options, and you can look through everything case-by-case.
